I am a Somatic Nutrition Specialist, Chef, and the founder of Origin. My work is rooted in the Science of Life, combined with my experience in the culinary world, my lived journey as a woman and mother, and my own path of healing and reclamation.

I don't teach nutrition as rules. I teach women how to understand their body.

Through somatic awareness, food, and nervous system regulation, I help women recognise their patterns, release what they've been holding — physically and emotionally — and learn how to respond to their body with clarity.

This is not about perfection. It is about coming back into relationship with your body — and building a level of self-trust that becomes your foundation for everything else.
